Healthy Greens Protein Smoothie Recipe

Starting the morning with 30 grams of protein and lots of fiber is the best way to give you the energy you need while optimizing you metabolism. Here is one of my favorite high protein and fiber smoothie recipes:

    •    1 cup unsweetened almond milk

    • 1 cup baby spinach or kale

    •    1/2 small avocado

    •    1 tbsp no sugar/salt PB

    •    1 small zucchini or cucumber
